Austin Galante is a Midwest-based multimedia entrepreneur and independent filmmaker known for his "Nectar and Grit" approach to storytelling. As the founder of Marshmallow Napalm, Galante specializes in R-rated, alternative comedy and edgy narrative features that push the boundaries of the indie scene. His directorial portfolio includes the visceral feature films Sanguine Teeth on a Driftless Road and Suite of Killing Machines, with two additional high-profile film projects slated for release in 2026; What Have We Won and What Have We Won Deuces.

Beyond the director’s chair, Galante has established himself as a versatile collaborator in the music and media industries. He has worked on songs featuring global icons such as Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross, and CeeLo Green, bringing his unique visual aesthetic to high-level creative projects.

Galante’s business ecosystem also includes Sunbox Photography, a professional service focusing on real estate and event photography, and Atlas Jag, a PR and media entity. He is currently the host of The Nectar and Grit Podcast, a high-speed micro-podcast that digs into the raw creative processes of industry professionals. Whether through a camera lens or a script, Galante is dedicated to capturing the unfiltered, raunchy, and authentic side of the human experience.

Austin has been acting since 2006. Austin lived in Los Angeles

for 8 years where he worked on a number of major motion

picture studio lots, including Disney, Paramount, Raleigh,

Warner Bros, Prospect studios and others. He has acted on sets with

Murray Gershenz, Steve Harris, Victor Garber, America Ferrera,

Bob Odenkirk, Miley Cyrus, Rhianna and others.

Austin Galante has produced and directed 25 music videos

and just finished writing, producing, scoring, and directing

his first feature film. He has produced 4 full length features.
